How does this work

We start with a free 30 minute consultation to figure out what’s really going on and what results you’re aiming toward.

And don’t worry, even if all you know is “people aren’t communicating” or “my team is driving me nuts”, we know exactly how to get to the bottom of what is really going on, this isn’t our first rodeo.

After that you’ll receive a custom report and recommendation, including timelines, quote and projected outcomes. You’re never left guessing.

From there, if you’re in, we get the engagement booked in and hit the ground running.

Based in Amherstburg, just outside of Windsor Ontario, there’s in-person options for organizations in the province or virtual options for everyone else.

Meet Jess

After a decade working in Learning & Development with Engineers and Techies of all shapes and sizes, Jess struck out on her own in 2016 to… continue working with Engineers and Techies, by choice. Yes really.

That intersection of human and business is her sweet spot - so much so that she’s both a business owner and currently getting her Masters in Counselling Psychology.

Her speciality is professional development for people who roll their eyes at professional development - if she can get mechanical engineers to embrace team building and leadership development, she can handle you too.
